Projects completed between our partnership range from townhomes, 3-story walk-up, podium, and infill 5-story type IIIa with a wrapped parking structure. FaverGray has demonstrated a high level of success related to pricing, subcontractor/supplier relationships, and customer service. Each project built by the ACC/FaverGray partnership has been completed on time and within budget. Despite numerous straight days of rain at the onset of the project, the on-site staff and FaverGray Leadership teams collaborated well with their subcontractors and building officials and are working to complete the project both on time and within budget for some very excited students starting the Fall 2021 semester in their new homes.īrian Detri, Director of Construction, 908 GroupĪmerican Campus Communities (ACC) has worked with FaverGray for over 10 years completing 12 projects across 5 states, including 6.8 million square feet, 4,425 units, and 17,000 beds. The Nine, which includes six multi-unit townhome buildings, a wood frame apartment wrapped precast garage, a swimming pool, retaining walls, and surface parking is still being completed on a sloped site with complex site logistics bordered by one of the busiest streets in town.

As the Director of Construction for 908 Group, I am responsible for overseeing our multi-family construction projects throughout the United States.
